L’Oreal’s line of HiP(hyper intensity pigments) cosmetics is kind of like the budgetista’s version of M.A.C. With bold colors that are fun and quality pigments, you can really have fun with your makeup! L’Oreal HiP Matte Eye Shadow Duos are one of the newest products in their line with five new matte-i-fied duo eyeshadows.
Animated- white and vivid blue
Perky- light green and navy
Striking- yellow and kohl
Poppy- coral and brown
Dashing- lavender and kohl
L’Oreal HiP Matte Eye Shadow Duos have a powdery texture which means its easy to put on a little, or a lot, at a time. Each duo contains coordinating eye shadows that you can use together, or separately. These shadows are easy to blend and don’t really crease(but I still recommend a eyeshadow primer) for long lasting wear.
